During the European section class, we made an experiment in a funny way. We were in groups of 3 students and we all had different roles: one was cooking but without the recipe, a blind messenger who was explaining the instructions to the cook and another person outside the room telling the recipe to the blind messenger.

The goal was to make “spagellies”; spaghettis made of jelly ! The other aim was to study and discover the molecular cooking.

We found this experiment very funny and interesting, it was a great way to discover a new type of cooking and to improve our English !
